Booking and payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your group’s dates.
The balance is due 120 days before arrival.
Bookings made within 120 days of arrival are paid in full at the time of booking.
Group numbers and substitutions
Final guest numbers are confirmed when the balance is paid.
After that, the price is based on the confirmed number, even if some guests can’t travel.
Guests who can’t travel may be replaced by someone else at no extra charge.
If your group cancels
More than 180 days before arrival: Deposit only.
90 to 180 days before arrival: 50% of the total retreat cost.
Less than 90 days before arrival: 100% of the total retreat cost, no refund.
If we have to cancel
In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid, or the option to move to new dates.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend every guest takes out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
